Southland LandSAR

Welcome.

The Southland region (part of the Southern District) covers a diverse landscape. We have 4 Main groups (and 2 child groups) who work together well to cater to the greater areas of Southland including Fiordland, Eastern & Central Southland as well as Stewart Island.

Each group has specialist key operations and field people. The operations volunteers are well experienced and usually graduate from years of field experience.
